Two additional transverse feedback units (iGp-120F) have been commissioned at DAΦNE in Frascati, Italy for a full complement of four systems (two rings, two planes each). Using powerful diagnostics provided by the iGp systems allowed the physicists to optimize the accelerator parameters. As a result, beam current limit in the positron ring went up from 500 to 900 mA.
First two iGp systems were deployed at DAΦNE in April 2007, making it the first accelerator to use these units in routine operation.
